The Governing Body
- The Governing Body is responsible in law for ensuring that the school meets its statutory responsibilities. It works in consultation with the Principal to whom many responsibilities are delegated.
- The governing body has 7 members of whom 1 is parent Governor, 1 staff member and 1 Educationalist. The Principal reports once every half term to the committee who make recommendations about the school policy.
The School Council
- We have a school council made up of children who are elected by their classmates.
- The school council meets regularly with the Principal to talk about issue that directly affect them, such as behavior, lessons or play times.
- The children’s views are treated with respect and taken into account while making decisions.
